Why Chair Yoga? Chair yoga is a great alternative for those looking to participate in something that is easier on their joints while still improving flexibility, strength, and concentration. This class is very beginner friendly and is suitable for older adults (everyone always welcome). . . . If you're like me and stress about every little thing before going to a class/trying something new- then having all the information ahead of time can calm some of those nerves...Below I've tried to add as much info as possible so you feel comfortable and prepared-please reach out for any additional questions/concerns. . What to bring: Bring a yoga mat if you have one (optional) extra mats available. Bring a water bottle! Chair provided. What to wear: Whatever allows your body the most movement, be comfortable! Can wear socks, shoes, or go barefoot
