Service Description
OUTDOOR Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic and energizing style of yoga that appeals to those who enjoy movement and variety in their practice. This class is still beginner friendly but is aimed more towards "intermediate" levels. If you are a beginner, that's great! You are so welcome here, just know there may be a couple poses that challenge you! . . . If you're like me and stress about every little thing before going to a class/trying something new- then having all the information ahead of time can calm some of those nerves...Below I've tried to add as much info as possible so you feel comfortable and prepared-please reach out for any additional questions/concerns. . What to bring: Bring a yoga mat if you have one (optional) extra mats available. Bring a water bottle and towel if desired. Yoga blocks, straps, and weights are always provided when needed. What to wear: Whatever allows your body the most movement, be comfortable! Can wear socks, shoes, or go barefoot.
