Restorative yoga is a gentle and therapeutic style of yoga that focuses on relaxation and rejuvenation. It is designed to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being by incorporating various supportive props to help the body release tension and stress. The primary goal of restorative yoga is to achieve a state of deep relaxation, allowing the body to heal and restore itself. Ends with a 15 minute guided meditation/sound healing frequencies. . . What to bring: Bring a yoga mat if you have one (optional) extra mats available. Bring a water bottle! Yoga blocks and straps provided. . . What to wear: Whatever allows your body the most movement, be comfortable! Can wear socks, shoes, or go barefoot
