RESTORATIVE FLOW WITH JULIA
Restorative yoga is a gentle and therapeutic style of yoga that focuses on relaxation and rejuvenation. It is designed to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being by incorporating various supportive props to help the body release tension and stress. The primary goal of restorative yoga is to achieve a state of deep relaxation, allowing the body to heal and restore itself. Ends with a 15 minute guided meditation/sound healing frequencies.

GENTLE FLOW WITH BROOKE
This indoor gentle yoga class will help you release tension and unwind. All levels are welcome. This class pairs gentle, lengthening movements with breath work to create a balanced experience of groundedness, fluidity, and ease—both physically and energetically. Expect tuning forks and other sound healing instruments to be used throughout the class.
