What to expect: A full body assessment, range of motion measurements (depending on placement of cupping) , cupping therapy (can take up to 30 minutes) , a full body reiki session, and a personal sound bath with healing frequencies.  After your session you will receive a personalized stretching/yoga pose plan based on your body assessment & session (results within 24 hours of completion). Please plan for a 1 hour time slot, session may be shorter (at practitioners discretion) This bundle allows you to save over $100 on these 3 services!

Let a Certified Reiki Practitioner guide your body's energy to heal itself. This service is 1 on 1. Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, a type of alternative medicine. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the recipient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.

How does it work? Suction from cupping draws fluid into the treated area. This suction force expands and breaks open tiny blood vessels (capillaries) under the skin. . Your body treats the cupping area like an injury. It sends more blood to the area to stimulate the natural healing process. The red lights in the massager help to relieve pain and inflammation to assist in achieving the most effective treatment.

I will also guide you in selecting the right materials, exploring design options, and troubleshooting common challenges that may arise. At the end of your personalized appointment, you'll leave with a solid foundation in Cricut crafting and a newfound confidence to embark on your creative journey. You will also leave with some handmade Cricut decals/whatever we decide to work on!
