Restorative Yoga

Wednesdays 6pm

Restorative yoga is a gentle and therapeutic style of yoga that focuses on relaxation and rejuvenation. It is designed to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being by incorporating various supportive props to help the body release tension and stress. The primary goal of restorative yoga is to achieve a state of deep relaxation, allowing the body to heal and restore itself. Ends with a 15 minute guided meditation/sound healing frequencies.

Hatha Yoga

Sundays 10am

Hatha yoga is a traditional form of yoga that focuses on physical postures , breath control, and meditation. The word "hatha" is derived from Sanskrit and is often translated as "sun" (ha) and "moon" (tha), representing the balance and union of opposites. In Hatha yoga, the goal is to create a balance between the body and mind through the practice of physical postures and breath control. This class is beginner friendly, all levels welcome!


Vinyasa Flow


Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic and energizing style of yoga that appeals to those who enjoy movement and variety in their practice. This class is still beginner friendly but is aimed more towards "intermediate" levels. If you are a beginner, that's great! You are so welcome here, just know there may be a couple poses that challenge you!

Yin Yoga

Saturdays 11am

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced and gentle style of yoga that focuses on long-held, passive poses to target the deep connective tissues of the body and enhance flexibility and relaxation


Magick Flow with Kay


Kay's yoga flow class is a moving meditation for all. Sunday morning magick flow will take you through a gentle flow of postures, guided from breath yo movement. Class starts with a meditation, then movements for warming up the body and spine. We will then flow through our practice, cultivating magick and mindfulness. Following the physical practice, there will be a meditative safe cleanse and oracle card pull for each yogi! In person payment preffered.
